Shipping policy

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery timeframe consists of two stages:

Processing Time:

  • 1-2 business days for order confirmation, quality check, and packaging.

Delivery Time:

  • Australia: 5-12 business days.
  • Other Locations: Shipping is currently limited to within Australia only.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed today.
  • If free shipping does not apply, a standard shipping fee of $4.99 will be added.

WAREHOUSE HOURS & ORDER CUTOFF:

  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing the following business day.

ADDRESS CHANGES:
Address changes can only be accommodated within 3 hour of placing your order. After this window, orders will already be processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately at care@willowandgrace-adelaide.com if you need to make changes.


ORDER CANCELLATION:
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of it being placed. After this time, the order is immediately processed to ensure timely delivery, and cancellations or edits will no longer be possible.


LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES:
If a package is deemed lost or undeliverable due to carrier issues, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
We sincerely apologize if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Here’s how we will make it right:

  1. We will ship you a replacement free of charge.
  2. If the replacement also arrives defective, we will issue a full refund.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued for the first defective item, only for the second occurrence.
