Once processing is complete, you’ll receive your tracking number immediately via email. You can then use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress on our tracking page.

5: What Are the Refund & Return Guidelines?
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for defective or damaged products. To initiate a return:

  2. Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
  4. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll process your refund.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds cannot be processed for items still in transit.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
